Is there a homeowners association (H.O.A.) at Ellis?

Yes. Total H.O.A. dues will be approximately $271.50 at build out which includes maintenance of common area landscape, building exterior, pedestrian and vehicle gates, private utilities and streets. H.O.A. dues are subject to increase.

What are the property taxes at Ellis?

The property taxes for Ellis at Central Station are approximately 1.35% but are also subject to several assessments and special taxes. You can estimate your taxes to be about 1.5% but will increase every year.

Will the homes have a warranty at Ellis?

Yes. TRI Pointe Homes® has a 10-year structural warranty with a 1-year fit and finish warranty.

What schools will children attend at Ellis?

Schools for Ellis at Central Station are Prescott Elementary (K-5), West Oakland Middle School (6-8) and McClymonds High School. Please call the Oakland Unified School District at 510.897.8200 to verify information as boundaries are subject to change without notice.

What is the deposit required to purchase a home at Ellis?

Ellis at Central Station requires a 3% deposit to purchase. Please make your deposit check payable to First American Title Company.
