Warranty Portal Guide

Getting Started

You will receive an email with a link to activate your Homeowner Portal access and create a password. Follow the link in the email and fill out the information below to complete your activation.

Logging In

Login to the Homeowner Warranty Portal: https://myhome.hyphensolutions.com/.

Please save this as a Favorite or Bookmark.

Warranty Portal Features

Once logged in you will be able to:

  1. Submit new warranty tickets
  2. View the status of existing warranty tickets and work orders
  3. View completed warranty tickets
  4. View warranty documents uploaded by TRI Pointe Homes
  5. Upload and manage your own documents that you would like to store for your home
  6. Manage your Homeowner Profile

Submitting a New Ticket

  1. Select the Submit New Ticket button or the Home Warranty tab and select Submit New.
  2. Enter your first issue, select the location, and add a photo if needed. You can add multiple items on the same ticket by clicking the Add Another Item button.
  3. Click the Submit button once all items have been added.

View Existing Tickets

  1. Select the Blue Home Warranty section or the Home Warranty tab and select View Outstanding.
  2. You will also be able to find complete warranty tickets by clicking on View Completed.

View and Upload Documents

  1. Select the Documents tab and navigate to the Builder Documents or Personal Documents section.
  2. You will be able to upload any personal documents by using the Upload button and view them in the Personal Documents section.

Manage Your Profile

  1. Select My Profile tab. 
  2. Update your contact information and change your password if needed.
