Feeling Some Puppy Love

Welcoming Pets Home

At TRI Pointe Homes, we are always looking for ways to make life better for our residents, and that includes their pets, too. A recent article in the Mercury News gives a more in-depth look at our commitment to pet-friendly communities with a special nod to our loved ones of the canine variety.

Because we know that pets bring health, happiness and a sense of well-being to our lives, we’ve looked for ways to make them feel welcome with convenient built-in options, such as pet food stations and quiet niches that are tucked throughout our homes as an ideal spot for comfy pet bedding. That’s when they’re not snuggled with you in the family bed, of course.

We’ve built our communities to be pet-friendly, too, with dog parks at lovely Brentwood, along with walking trails and even a dog club in the master-planned community of Mountain House where neighborhood pets can “meet and mingle” while their owners chat it up with friends and neighbors.

TRI Pointe Homes also keeps it clean with Doggy Stations at many of its parks, even if the parks aren’t designated for just pets, because we know that health and fitness are a priority for our residents. And who better to walk with than your best friend?

Why would we go to such lengths to make your pets feel at home? Because we understand that your pets are your family. And families are what TRI Pointe Homes is all about.
