We’re talking a sophisticated shade somewhere between fun and grown up. Definitely a head-turner. In the world of Canvas living, Claret couldn’t be truer to its name. A place to start a big adventure. A home that offers comfortable spaces to relax and unwind but is equally happy to host the next dinner party or game night. Townhome life at Claret is about dashing out the door to meet friends at The Packing House, or running up the stairs to meet your crew on the rooftop deck when the first fireworks explode overhead. Architecture that’s traditional with a twist, living that helps you take the next big step. That’s Claret.
Here are some of the most common questions our homebuyers have before they get started—and the answers too, of course.
What is a priority list?
A priority list is used to establish the order of buyers, appointments to select a homesite and purchase a home at select communities.
The priority list only affords you an opportunity to purchase a home, it does not guarantee you any right to do so.
How is the priority list order determined?
Your place on the priority list is based on multiple factors, including the date and time of your submission of a completed online pre-qualification application and whether you are a contingent or non-contingent customer.
To be eligible to purchase a home, you need to receive a positive pre-qualification assessment letter from TRI Pointe Connect, before the date that the home or homesite is made available for sale.
We make no guarantee that a particular home or homesite will be available and reserve the right to make changes to the priority list and the terms and conditions governing the same, at any time without notice
How do I join the priority list?
