THE ART OF COMMUNITY
Here’s why we love street art… it’s shareable! It belongs to the community, and it looks great on your social feed too. #StreetArt So, what’s a blank block wall at a TRI Pointe community? It’s a canvas. And at our new community in Center City Anaheim, it was our opportunity to work with Jasper Wong, world-renowned artist, to curate a collection of seven street murals. Then, just for the fun of it, we named the whole community Canvas.
ART FOR EVERYBODY
Murals are having a moment for good reason. They’ve always been great at defining—or redefining—a place. In schools, on high-rise buildings, and on street corners, murals are larger than life. They’re landmarks, meeting places, the perfect photo opp. At TRI Pointe Homes, we’re thrilled to contribute to the art scene and add distinct personality to our community design.
LIFE IN FULL BLOOM
Cerise, Claret, and Violet—three colorful new home collections—live side by side with seven amazing murals. Each custom-designed mural is a beautiful urban “garden,” twenty feet high across the community wall. Proof that beautiful landscapes can grow—no watering needed!
ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
We collaborated with Jasper Wong of POW WOW Worldwide to curate a series of contemporary art pieces at Canvas. We’ve got Jasper’s own work here, along with art by his hand-selected crew: Kamea Hadar, Jeffrey Gress, Crisselle Mendiola, Charles Leddy, Andrew Schoultz, and Amandalynn—each with a unique interpretation of the vibrant garden theme. We are so excited to share the talents of these exceptional artists. You know what they say, makers gonna make.
THIS WAY TO WOW
The mural art creates energy that extends to our community gathering spaces. The pool deck and club room at ColorHaus are more boutique hotel than community rec room, and Canvas is steps from the center of coolsville, Center City Anaheim and the Packing House. Look no further for bold color and creative spirit.
Come discover it all: 3 collections. 10 model homes. 7 street murals. Ready to make your mark at Canvas?
