TRI Pointe Team Receives High Honors

Celebrating 14 Homebuyers' Choice Awards

While the whole world was riveted to the Oscars, the TRI Pointe Homes Northern California team was basking in its own spotlight last week at the 21st annual Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards competition. Held in beautiful Southern California, our crew was honored with 14 awards that recognize TRI Pointe Homes’ commitment to customer satisfaction. Now that is something to write home about!

The winning builders were chosen based on the results of more than 106,000 surveys which were administered to all recent home owners from over 156 major homebuilders across the U.S.

And we’re proud to announce our teams incredible achievements:

  • First Place: First Year Customer Service Experience Award
  • First Place: Matt Sbragia Sales Representative of the Year Award
  • Second Place: Construction Experience Award
  • Second Place: First Year Quality Award
  • Third Place: Todd Spofford Customer Service Representative of the Year Award

Additional awards included Honorable Mention for the Purchase Experience Award and Percentage of Sales from Referrals Award; Top Ten honors for the Design Experience, Jobsite Cleanliness and Warranty Service Repairs Completed Right the First Time awards. And Top 15 recognition for Construction Representative of the Year Awards went to our own Mike Hamilton, Dennis Weaver and Jeff Williams.  Top 15 recognition for Customer Service Representative of the Year Award went to Don Johnston.

There’s no doubt — we have an amazing team here. Their dedication to the residents of Northern California has no equal.
