Making A Difference
Building Goodwill Through Good Works
Make A Difference Day is one of the largest annual single-days of service nationwide. No matter who you are or where you’re from, everyone has the power to do something that improves the life of another.
Making a difference is a vital part of serving the communities that we have created for our residents. It means building into every home the potential for success, upward growth and mobility.
It means creating an environment where goodwill and good works can flourish and thrive, whether it happens on our friendly neighborhood walkways or in our energy-efficient homes.
In fact, we work to make a difference in the lives of our TRI Pointe Homes’ residents, but in the surrounding communities, as well.
This can be seen in our committed support of HomeAid Northern California, whose mission it is “building new lives for Northern California’s homeless families and individuals through housing and community outreach” through support and charitable donations from the home-building industry.
It is evident with our support of the Alameda Food Bank, a worthy organization dedicated to providing hunger relief for Bay Area families in need.
And in our participation in an annual Suit Drive where we collect interview-appropriate clothing, shoes and accessories for Wardrobe for Opportunity, a non-profit organization that assists low-income job seekers.
This are just some of the ways TRI Pointe Homes’ works to make a difference in the communities they serve. And we couldn’t be more proud.
This week on Make A Difference Day, be the reason someone smiles today. Get inspired to reach out in your local community, because when we all work together towards one goal we can make a BIG impact. #MDDAY
