TRI Pointe Homes Earns Top Honors
2018 Eliant Homebuyers Choice Awards
TRI Pointe Homes Northern California is proud to announce that it received six – that’s right, SIX – awards as part of the 22nd annual 2018 Eliant Homebuyers Choice Awards. The awards featured first place recognition in the following areas:
- Purchase Experience Award: High Volume
- First Year Customer Service Experience Award: High Volume
- First Year Quality Award: High Volume
- U.S. Sale Representative of the Year Award
- U.S. Construction Representative of the Year Award – Top 15
- Three U.S. Customer Service Representative of the Year Awards – Top 5
Now, that’s something! Perhaps the most exciting thing is that TRI Pointe Homes was awarded top honors for First Year Customer Service Experience for the third year in a row.
That recognition is especially thrilling because we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service that extends long after our families first take ownership of the home. We strive to be there each day as our residents settle into their new surroundings, seeing to their best comfort for a move-in transition that is smooth and peaceful.
Best of all, this award comes directly from homebuyers themselves. More than 128,000 recent homeowners from over 156 major homebuilders across the United States were surveyed by Eliant, a customer experience management company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for over 34 years.
In all, 41 winners were recognized for being in the top five for their excellence in one or more customer-experience categories. And we are so proud and honored to be counted among them!
