TRI Pointe Homes’ Rolls up its Sleeves and Volunteers

When it comes to volunteerism, TRI Pointe Homes Northern California is all about making a difference. And that’s exactly what happened when our team rolled up their sleeves and got to work sorting food at the Alameda County Community Food Bank.

The volunteer event was part of National Volunteer Week – a time when residents are encouraged to band together to reach out and become part of practical solutions for helping those in need. It is also a time to celebrate the tireless efforts of those who already do.

The Alameda County Community Food Bank serves one in five Alameda County residents through a network of 240 food pantries, soup kitchens and day care centers. That takes a lot of work and dedication and the TRI Pointe Homes staff was honored to join their cause of serving others. In fact, our efforts helped package and prepare the equivalent of 14,000 meals for our community, in a single volunteer shift!

That commitment and willingness to help our neighbors is commonplace here in our offices. Our staff’s desire to serve, provide comfort and inspire others to live their best life is part of what makes TRI Pointe Homes one of the premiere homebuilders in the region.  It’s a commitment that we live, work and create by every day.

If you would like to volunteer, the Alameda County Community Food Bank welcomes  volunteers the first Saturday of each month, for more information call 510-523-5850 to reserve a spot.
