Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure
This is to give notice that Tri Pointe Homes IE-SD, Inc. (“TPHIESD”) has a business relationship with Tri Pointe Assurance Escrow (“Assurance”), an escrow company that works with First American Title Insurance Company and First American Title Guaranty Company (collectively, “First American”). Specifically, TPHIESD’s ultimate parent entity, Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., indirectly owns 100% of TPHIESD and 80% of Assurance. The remaining 20% of Assurance is owned by Heritage Closing Services, Inc., a First American affiliate. Accordingly, any referral to Assurance may provide TPHIESD, its parent company and/or its affiliates with a financial or other benefit.
Escrow Services—In California, Assurance provides escrow services in exchange for a fee payable by you. The estimated range of the fees Assurance charges for escrow services are described below:

YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.
