This is to give notice that Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., ( “TPH”), has a business relationship with Tri Pointe Connect, LLC (“Connect”), a mortgage broker and banker.  Specifically, TPH indirectly owns 100% of Connect.  Accordingly, any referral to Connect may provide TPH, its homebuilding subsidiaries and/or its affiliates with a financial or other benefit.
