Prior to activation, you will need to set up your internet router provided by your Internet Service Provider, and connect to your new WiFi.

On the day of closing, along with the keys to your new home, you should have received your remaining HomeSmart® devices. To get started, choose from one of the two activation options below and download the required apps to complete your HomeSmart® activation.

Please download the apps associated with your HomeSmart® package below. Apps must be downloaded and registered to your mobile device and connected to your new home’s WiFi.
