For example, Steven Buterbaugh and Sarah Echelberger in the DC Metro division recently won the Outstanding Online Sales Team award from the GALA (Great American Living Awards) program. In Southern California, we look to Loretta Saginario, a New Community Development Manager who won the Shining Star Award presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California. Mike Mahdi of Tri Pointe Homes Sacramento won the first place accolade in California as Sales Representative of the Year from Eliant, an award he received based on surveys from homebuyers themselves. Across sales, Design Studio, and customer service, Tri Pointe Homes had multiple team members nominated across each region for Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards in 2021.
In Las Vegas, a total of 13 team members received Silver Nuggets Awards, a joint program of Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The Norwood plan at Watson’s Glen in the DC Metro area won a Design and Architecture award at the 2021 Great American Living Awards, and The Fairfield at Rancho Sienna in Austin, TX, was named the Best Single Family Detached Floorplan priced under $349,999 by the MAX Awards. The Savanna plan at Overland in the Inland Empire also won Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home, and Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home at the 2021 SoCal MAME Awards. Tri Pointe Homes Austin also received the Best Design Studio from MAX Awards, joining a list of Tri Pointe Homes Design Studios that have won similar accolades. We not only take pride in our homes’ interiors, but also in building thriving communities. Bren Pointe won Innovative Land Planning in Alexandria, VA.
