Personalizing a new home by Tri Pointe Homes® Colorado is exciting––but when it comes to the final touches, all those details can sometimes feel overwhelming (yes, decision fatigue is a real thing!). Whether you’re a design connoisseur or want serious style guidance, with a little help from our Design Consultants, you can go from blank canvas to beautifully bespoke at our Design Studio, awarded best design studio in 2023 at MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards) hosted by the HBA of Metro Denver’s Sales and Marketing Council. Step one: Sign your purchase agreement and get an appointment on the books.

You’ve selected your new Tri Pointe home and signed the purchase agreement –– congrats! This is your official green light to schedule your Design Studio appointment.

Step two: Get inspired.

Start browsing our Online Design Studio and begin crafting your new home wish list. Not sure where to begin? No worries! This step is like a style brainstorm – helping you discover what you love and giving our design team a sneak peek into your unique taste. You will have time to make final selections with your Design Consultant, so you are not committing here, simply make a “wish list” of your favorite items.

Step three: Make your interior selections.

Our award-winning Design Studio is home to our professional Design Consultants. Think of them as your co-creators guiding you through all the available personal choices for your new home. From finishes to features, you can count on expert advice and recommendations that flow with your lifestyle and investment range and make your home feel uniquely yours. Here are some of the design-forward elements you can expect to personalize on your to be built home:

This setup makes it easy for you to compare choices and visualize how all the pieces come together effortlessly.

Step four: Sign off, sit back, and smile.

This is the part where we take over, so you can relax. Your new home is going to be a true reflection of you, embodying your unique style and bespoke design personality.
