Camryn at Southbridge Expands Planned Community With Additional Homesites and Spacious Plans
Fort Mill, S.C. (Feb. 5, 2026) – The Charlotte Division of Tri Pointe Homes®, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, will open Camryn at Southbridge, the second phase of its planned Southbridge community in Fort Mill, for sales this February. The announcement follows the successful debut of phase one, Grahym at Southbridge, which officially opened in September 2025.

Homebuyers will have the option to personalize their homes with thoughtfully designed upgrades such as gourmet kitchens, dedicated drop zones, oak box stairs, tray ceilings, and premium countertop and flooring selections. Notable features include award-winning, spacious home plans with an open-concept main level, front-load garages and a large primary suite featuring both a walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
Phase one, Grahym at Southbridge, marked Tri Pointe Homes’ introduction of the Southbridge community, delivering 50 townhomes ranging from approximately 1,754 to 1,888 square feet and officially celebrating its grand opening in September 2025. Sales will launch with a priority group opening on Feb. 10, followed by VIP appointments on Feb. 28, a VIP Brokers’ Open on March 4 and the grand opening of the community scheduled for March 7.
