Our Transitional Spanish design brings the classic elements to life, including tiled roofs in shades of terracotta, and a color palette featuring neutral exterior paint with brown and red accents. Charming old world details draw your eye and make a strong modern statement distinguishing the Transitional Spanish on the street scene.

California Bungalow: Mixed Materials Bring the Wow FactorIf your taste leans more towards warm and inviting, then our California Bungalow is for you. This early 20th century style features low pitched roofs and a combination of exterior details like eave brackets with stacked stone or wood siding, giving it a variety of interesting textures and materials. The earthy color palette is understated and grounded, letting the exterior details shine through. Color blocking provides a twist on the classic, feeling very here and now.

Transitional Farmhouse: Where Rustic Meets RefinedCorona’s agricultural roots made it natural to bring just a touch of nostalgia to Sawyer with the Transitional Farmhouse. The look features classic farmhouse design elements like vertical board and batten details and gabled roofs. You’ll find additional details that add to the experience, like pops of color on the front doors and garage doors with distinctive panel layouts paired with a gooseneck sconce.
