In addition to one-to-one attention from our team of experts, our digital tools help simplify the home shopping experience. Your Tri Pointe Homes homebuying experience will be a journey highlighted through these key milestones: digital tools, financing and settlement services, design studio, construction, closing services, and customer care.
Digital Tools We designed a digital home shopping toolbox to guide you as you start your online home search. Our Find Your Home search tool will help you narrow down the location and type of home you’re looking for. You can filter by price, bedroom and bathroom count, and even square footage. Use our Interactive Floorplan to decide which elements you need and want. For example, would you like an extra bedroom or a GenSmart Suite®? Perhaps, you would appreciate easy outdoor access from several rooms. You can also do a virtual 3D walkthrough to visualize how each space in the home will connect and feel.
Financing and Settlement Services with Tri Pointe Solutions® Once you have selected a location and signed a purchase agreement, let our Tri Pointe Solutions team take you through each step of the financing and settlement process. Tri Pointe Connect® is our affiliated mortgage company, which is designed to provide a simple and clear path to home ownership by offering a full range of competitive home financing options. Tri Pointe Advantage™ Insurance Services offers affiliated property and casualty insurance for our homebuyers with homeowner's, automobile and other insurance products. Tri Pointe Assurance® offers affiliated escrow and title services, along with comprehensive title protection services for our homebuyers. Importantly, you are notrequired to use any of our affiliated settlement service providers to purchase a Tri Pointe home, but by bringing all of these services under one roof, we can ensure that everyone is working in sync and keeping you informed as you move toward your closing date. Design Studio & Personalization Personalization is one of the most important steps in the homebuying process. You will design your home to fit your unique lifestyle and taste. It begins with our Online Design Studio. Think of this as your vision board for the products and finishing touches you’d like to see throughout your favorite floorplan. The possibilities are right at your fingertips, whether you are on a smart phone or computer. You can quickly see color and material options at the touch of a button. Once you have some initial ideas about what you want, our Room Visualizer lets you see the options in a 360-degree view. You can quickly switch from a classic warm-toned wood floor to a more modern gray one. How will the gray floor look with a white island countertop? You can find out with a click. Our Design Studio Options calculator will help you understand the costs associated with each personalization option. Our Design Studio consultants will work with you to help select the right options for your home, taking into consideration your style and budget, as well as the floorplan of your new home.
Construction In addition to your New Home Advisor, your community team also includes a Construction Manager, who is here to help you understand what’s happening when and how the construction on your new home is progressing. During scheduled meetings with your community team, you will review your floorplan, structural choices for the interior and exterior, electrical placements, and more. This is all part of the Tri Pointe experience. We are there for you every step of the way.
Closing On the day of closing, or a few days prior in some cases, you will take a tour of your Tri Pointe home to ensure that your new home is ready for move in! We provide a Closing Services team to coordinate every element of the process. Your Closing Agent will provide instructions and documents and ensure that everything is completed and filed appropriately. As soon as the title is recorded in your name, you can say you officially own your new Tri Pointe home!
Customer Care We are excited to be part of your homebuilding journey, and our dedication doesn't end at closing. Our New Home Warranty and dedicated Customer Care team are available through the first year of owning a Tri Pointe home. We have thoughtfully designed every step of the process from shopping for your new home to well after you’ve moved in to ensure your experience is as wonderful as your home itself.
