For Christina Fitch and Trevor Larsen, their new home at Carlisle Ridge in Summerlin represents a fresh start and a beautiful new chapter. After years marked by loss, resilience, and unexpected change, the couple blended their lives, their businesses, and their families. Together, they are raising six children, ranging in age from 8 to 19, and they say their beautiful new home is the perfect spot to create their new life together.
When they walked into Carlisle Ridge on a whim one Saturday, it was love at first sight. They fell in love with the home’s thoughtful design, abundant natural light, and spacious floorplan that gives every member of their blended family room to grow. More than a financial investment, they view their new home as investing in their future together. Amber and Chris Serrano know Summerlin well. After 26 years in the community, they had long admired Tri Pointe Homes neighborhoods and hoped one day to call one home. They missed opportunities at previous neighborhoods, but when Carlisle Peak opened, they acted quickly.

Hope Morrison’s journey began nearly 1,700 miles away in Chicago. Drawn by Southern Nevada’s sunshine and outdoor lifestyle, she purchased a Plan 1 at Alpine Ridge in the Northwest Valley before making her move west.
Throughout construction, the Tri Pointe Homes team kept her connected every step of the way. Weekly photos and video updates allowed her to follow progress from afar, while the Design Studio team helped her make selections perfectly suited to desert living and her lifestyle. Today, Hope enjoys relaxing in her private courtyard while taking in the serenity of the surrounding mountains. She praises the home’s quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and responsive customer care, even after closing.
