Model Homes for Sale in Phoenix Metro | Tri Pointe Homes
There’s something magical about a well-designed model home. Every finish, every piece of furniture, and every detail is chosen to spark inspiration, reflect your lifestyle, and help you picture your future inside.
But here’s a little-known secret: sometimes, that inspiration is for sale.
Why Buy a Model Home?
A model home is fully designed and furnished, which helps showcase the floor plan, features, and design possibilities. Tri Pointe creates these homes with professional designers who bring out the best that our homes have to offer. When a community is almost sold out, those model homes may become available to buy, giving you the chance to own a home designed by the pros
Inside the Treeland Models: Bobby Berk x Tri Pointe Homes

Treeland in Chandler, Arizona features two model homes showcasing the elite talent of design expert and Emmy-winning TV host, Bobby Berk. The Berk-designed “Southwest Contemporary” and “Tailored Mid-Century Farmhouse” models were each created in our design studio through a process called “colorizing.” This is the exact process that every homebuyer experiences in our design studio – only in this case, Bobby and the Tri Pointe team did all the work for you.
Each model was designed with a specific buyer in mind:
The Southwest Contemporary model speaks to the needs of a homebuyer looking for flexible spaces, smart technology, and play-friendly design. This model embraces the tones and textures of the desert with clean lines, curved furnishings, and a calming indoor-outdoor flow. With high-contrast neutrals, leather and rattan textures, and grounded desert hues, the space is both elegant and earthy.
The Tailored Mid-Century Farmhouse model was imagined for stylish homebuyers who want low-maintenance living with high-style interiors and space to entertain, unwind, and turn the page on their next chapter. The design lends nostalgic warmth with modern sophistication. Pops of navy and sky blue meet soft grays, crisp whites, and oak-toned cabinetry, layered with farmhouse touches like woven baskets and rustic pottery.
