Tri Pointe Homes' Charlotte Design Studio has been named Best Design Center/Showroom at the 2026 MAME Awards, the second consecutive year the studio has taken home the industry's top honor in this category. Britt Caudill Purdy, our Design Studio Manager, leads the Charlotte team with a philosophy that earned this award as much as the space itself:
Our two-time award-winning studio reflects the same intentional design philosophy we bring to every home we create. As the Design Studio manager, I’ve had the privilege of working with TriPointe since our very first community opened in Charlotte in 2020, and I’ve seen firsthand how our vision has grown and evolved. Our studio is more than just a space-it’s a carefully curated experience that allows our buyers to explore, personalize, and truly connect with their future homes. Every detail is designed with purpose and inspiration in mind. At the heart of this experience is our talented design team. Our designers, Caitlin Darcy and Cheyenne Relyea, bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their work. Cheyenne has been with us for four years and Caitlin for five and a half, and both have developed extensive expertise in the design field. They are dedicated to understanding each buyer’s unique vision and guiding them through the selection process with creativity and confidence, ensuring every home reflects the personality and lifestyle of those who live in it. Together, our team shares a deep commitment to creating a seamless and inspiring journey for every buyer.
