Tri Pointe Homes Austin Shines at 2024 Parade of Homes™, Earning Seven Prestigious Awards

Tri Pointe Homes Austin achieved remarkable success at the 2024 Parade of Homes™, hosted by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin, taking home seven awards including the coveted “Best in Show” honor. Marking the first time our Austin division participated in the Parade of Homes, the event showcased four stunning model homes across two celebrated communities: three at Lariat in Liberty Hill and one at Heritage in Dripping Springs.

Competing in the under 3,500-square-foot category, Tri Pointe Homes stood out among 16 total entries, earning accolades for:

• Best in Show — Reimer model at Lariat

• Best Living Area — Linden model at Heritage

• Best Kitchen — Reimer model at Lariat

• Best Primary Suite — Linden model at Lariat

• Best Interior Design — Linden model at Heritage

• Best Holiday Décor — Reimer model at Lariat

• Best Specialty Room — Reimer model at Lariat (Game Room/Library)

At Lariat in Liberty Hill, the award-winning Reimer model showcases a perfect balance of functionality and elegance, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen, a luxurious primary suite, and a versatile Game Room designed for relaxation or entertainment. Inspired by the sophistication of standalone estate homes, this space includes thoughtful design elements like built-in shelving and a custom ladder, creating a distinctive ambiance. With its seamless indoor/outdoor connection through a covered patio, the Reimer model sets a new standard for comfortable and stylish living.

At Heritage in Dripping Springs, the Linden model features an open-concept kitchen and living space with seamless access to covered outdoor living. As part of our exclusive Bobby Berk x Tri Pointe Homes partnership, this special event added another layer of excitement to the Parade of Homes festivities.

The Parade of Homes returned in 2024 after a six-year hiatus, featuring designs from seven premier builders across multiple communities. Over the course of the event, our four model homes welcomed more than 100 visitors, showcasing the strength of our designs and our dedication to crafting homes that inspire and elevate.
