Orlando exemplifies a growth trend that saw the Florida population expand by 1.6% in 2023 alone. The state’s diversifying economy is adding new jobs in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, tech, and healthcare, in addition to its world-class hospitality and tourism industries. This increase in job opportunities has resulted in demand for premium entry-level and move-up housing in Florida cities like Orlando.
