The Raleigh Division of Tri Pointe Homes® is proud to have received the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County 2024 Builder Company of the Year Award.
Not only is Tri Pointe Homes dedicated to delivering high-quality homes, designs and neighborhoods, it is committed to being a part of the communities that it serves. The 2024 Builder Company of the Year award recognizes Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh Division for going above and beyond in terms of support, involvement and participation in Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County activities. Our recent involvement has not gone unnoticed, and this recognition reflects the hard work of our entire Tri Pointe Raleigh team.
This past year, Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh served as the main event sponsor for the 2024 Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County Spring Golf Tournament – a true testament to our commitment to giving back to the HBA. Additionally, Tri Pointe Homes was an early supporter of the new Spring Kitchen and Bath Tour, an event showcasing the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and bath design. We were standout participants in the Battle of the Builders and Parade of Homes, which provides the public with a free opportunity to view the newest homes and communities throughout the Triangle. Parade of Homes allows attendees a firsthand look at some of the trends and features shaping the Triangle real estate market. Tri Pointe Raleigh stands out as one of the only builders involved in the event offering homebuyers a personalized experience with its design studio, which was also honored with the 2024 MAME Award for Best Selection/Design Center.
In addition to our event participation, Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh continues to play an active role in supporting the HBA through various leadership efforts. Director of Land Acquisition Amanda Hoyle was treasurer of the HBA Executive Committee in 2024 and, this year, is serving as the second vice president. Additionally, Vice President of Community Experience James Flanagan is part of the HBA’s Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. Our involvement with the HBA not only enhances our connections within the community but also allows us to continue contributing to the growth and development of the Triangle's housing market.
On top of our HBA involvement, Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh is a dedicated partner with community organizations that are making a positive impact throughout the Triangle. In 2024, we volunteered with Note in the Pocket, a non-profit that provides quality clothing to those experiencing homelessness and financial hardship. Our team members joined forces with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina to help fight food insecurity. Additionally, we are a continued supporter of Habitat for Humanity and donated in 2024 to help build homes for those in need.
The Builder Company of the Year Award highlights our 2024 successes, and we look forward to all that we have planned for 2025. We recently opened Twinleaf Townes, the Triangle’s first community featuring design collections from celebrity interior design expert, author and Emmy award-winning TV host, Bobby Berk. On the horizon, we eagerly anticipate the opening of The Townes at NoVi at Chatham Park, Summit at Homestead, Latta Park, and Altis at Serenity, which will be hosting a Home and Garden Grand Opening event in collaboration with Greenfield Developers on May 17. Altis at Serenity also marks Tri Pointe Homes’ first 55+ community on the east coast.
