Two Pacific Northwest Home Designs You Won’t Want to Miss

Tri Pointe Homes – Washington is excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Bellevue-based interior designer Krissy Peterson to design two model homes at our newest community, Trailside at Meadowdale Beach.

Located in Edmonds, near the shores of the beautiful Puget Sound, this community incorporates the best of the Pacific Northwest – from sunsets on the waterfront to a prodigious collection of nearby mountains, parks and forested trails.

Krissy is complementing these homes’ architectural features with interior design inspired by the rugged Pacific Northwest coastline and the community’s close proximity to the woods and mountains.

For the first home, Krissy chose a Coastal Modern style with natural textures and colors, in combination with light and airy neutrals that evoke the feeling of being on the coast.

The second home boasts a Northwest Modern style, with modern mountain-inspired interior, and fabric choices that contrast with the darker tones and metals throughout. Floor plans range from 2,425-2,710 square feet, with 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 bathrooms and 2 bay garages.
