Two Prestigious Awards From the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)

The Tri Pointe Homes team in Arizona is incredibly honored to be presented with two prestigious awards from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for its 2023 LEED Homes Awards recognizing projects, developers and homebuilders that have demonstrated leadership in the residential green building marketplace.The first award our team received, the LEED Homes Power Builders, honors an elite group of developers and builders who have exhibited an outstanding commitment to residential green building. At least 75% of each Power Builder’s homes/unit count from 2022 achieved LEED certification. Homes at any LEED certification level are eligible for consideration.Meanwhile, the Outstanding Developer award recognized the Tri Pointe Homes team in Arizona as a developer for outstanding commitment to the LEED rating system. LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a widely used green building rating system, and provides a framework to create healthy, highly efficient and cost-saving green structures.
