Frequently Asked Questions

We’re here to make your experience smooth and rewarding. Below are answers to common questions:
How do I qualify for a Broker Co-Op/Referral Fee?

You must accompany and register your client on their first visit to a Tri Pointe community. If your client visits without you beforehand, unfortunately, we can’t offer a referral fee. Complete and sign our Broker Registration form at the New Home Gallery. This includes our Broker Co-Op/Referral Fee Agreement, signed when your client signs their Purchase Agreement. Registration is valid for 60 days. If it expires, you can re-register by accompanying your client again.

Can my client register online or without me?

No. To be eligible for our Broker Co-Op/Referral Fee, you must be present and complete the registration in person.

When and how is the Broker Co-Op/Referral Fee paid?

The Broker Co-Op/Referral Fee is paid at the closing. For details, review our Broker Policy or contact your local New Home Gallery.

Can I work with multiple Tri Pointe communities?

Yes. You’re welcome to work with any of our actively selling communities, as long as you register your client at each one. Referral fees apply only if the client closes in the community where they were registered.

Who do I contact if I have additional questions?

Reach out to our New Home Specialists online by visiting a community webpage. They're local experts available via phone, text, chat or email for questions, scheduling tours and more. Or, speak with an onsite New Home Advisor at a nearby community.
