  • You must have at least 4 people in your household.

  • You must be currently living and working in San Diego County for a minimum of 2 years.

  • You must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.

  • Your gross maximum yearly income may not exceed the below based on # people in household:

  • 4 people in household: $130,800 gross maximum yearly income

  • 5 people in household: $141,250 gross maximum yearly income

  • 6 people in household: $151,750 gross maximum yearly income

  • 7 people in household: $162,200 gross maximum yearly income
