Void where prohibited. The Sweepstakes entry period is between August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST, and ends on August 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, eligible Entrants must visit the Altis™ by Tri Pointe Homes Longleaf Way Model Home during the Sweepstakes Period and provide their business card or complete a Sweepstakes entry form with their contact information and deposit it into the designated Sweepstakes entry container. To receive six (6) additional entries, for a maximum of seven (7) total entries, Entrants must, during the Sweepstakes Period, tour each of the six (6) additional Altis at Serenity model homes, take at least one (1) photo at each model home, and post the photo(s) to Instagram or Facebook using both hashtags #AgentsatAltis and #TriPointeHomes. Instagram profiles and Facebook posts must be set to public to be eligible for the additional entries. Facebook and Instagram are not sponsors of, nor are they in any way affiliated with, this Sweepstakes. Entry must include Entrant’s contact information to qualify. Must be licensed North Carolina licensed real estate agents or brokers 18+ years and drop their contact card. Entering your name into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period (an “Entry”) constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules. Limit seven (7) entries per eligible person (an “Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible completed entries received. Three prizes (i.e., 1st place: Louis Vuitton Tote ($3,800 value), 2nd place Vio Med Spa Gift Card ($350 value), and 3rd place Nail Kitchen Gift Card ($200 value) will be awarded. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, not transferable or assignable. At the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select and announce three (3) winners at random (i.e., three (3) winners from the eligible Entries submitted at Sponsor’s Altis at Serenity community according to these Official Sweepstakes Rules). In the event a winning Entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or an Entrant who submitted a winning Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to award of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
