Give Your Friends a Move-In Package Worth Up to $5,000

*If you are currently under contract to purchase a Tri Pointe Homes® Charlotte home or have just closed on your new Tri Pointe Charlotte home, and you have a friend or family member who might be interested in purchasing a new Tri Pointe Charlotte home, your friend or family member could receive a Move-In Package on eligible move-in ready homes at any participating Tri Pointe Charlotte community as a referral reward (in addition to any other incentive currently being offered by builder) if: (1) you accompany your friend or family member to any of Tri Pointe Charlotte's New Home Galleries on their FIRST visit; (2) your friend or family member completes a referral registration card and submits it to a New Home Advisor on their FIRST visit; and (3) your friend or family member executes a purchase agreement for a new Tri Pointe Charlotte home and closes on that purchase pursuant to the purchase agreement.
