Find Your Home*If you currently own a home built by Quadrant Homes® or Tri Pointe Homes® in Washington state, purchased it new from the builder, and purchase one or more additional new homes at list price from Tri Pointe Homes in Washington before the end of 2026, you could receive: (1) up to $5,000 in design studio credit for your second new home purchase; (2) up to $10,000 in design studio credit for your third new home purchase; and (3) up to $15,000 in design studio credit for your fourth new home purchase. Second through fourth new home purchases (i.e., execution of the purchase agreement) must be made between 1/1/26 and 12/31/26 to qualify for incentive. Design studio credit NOT available in broker/agent transactions and brokers/agents not eligible therefor. The design studio credit may be applied toward available and “in stock” features and selections offered by the design studio only. Certain features and design studio selections may not be available on all homes. Actual amounts and value of design studio items may vary.
