At Woodlands Reserve in Kirkland, we’ve taken that concept of the dream kitchen, expanded on it, then delivered it right to your fingertips. See, our team of talented designers didn’t stop at just one dream kitchen concept, they went big and delivered four brand new kitchen schemes that buyers can choose: Serene Scandinavian, Mid Century Modern, Upscale Farmhouse, and Zen Modern.

Why so many choices? Well, Woodlands had a very special guest indeed. Bobby Berk, design expert and Emmy-nominated TV host of Netflix’s ‘Queer Eye,’ put together design schemes for the community’s two model homes. Our team of designers couldn’t resist making two kitchen schemes inspired by Bobby’s picks for our model homes, plus two more original kitchen schemes.

Now these four kitchen schemes all qualify as must-sees, but the really exciting news is you can “must-see” all these designs from your laptop, your phone, your tablet - wherever you happen to be.

Tri Pointe’s “Room Visualizer” gives you the ability to insert yourself right into the middle of it all. Just visit the Woodlands Reserve page, click on a Floorplan, click “View the Floorplan”, then choose "View the Room Visualizer" at the top. You can then select any of the four different schemes by clicking on the names. From there, the 3D technology does the rest, allowing you to view all aspects of the kitchen/living/dining areas, and imagine yourself enjoying a nice, warm fire or standing right next to that expansive waterfall island. Serene Scandinavian (featured in Bobby Berk designed model home) – Tranquil, airy design scheme featuring crisp whites, cool greys, and eucalyptus green paired with warm, light-toned oak and tan leathers to create soft visual interest against classic Scandinavian silhouettes and lighting.

Mid Century Modern (featured in Bobby Berk designed model home) – Tailored, high contrast neutrals with warm walnuts, saddle and black leathers, vibrant brass and graphic patterns, and natural textures create inviting, contemporary sophistication.

Upscale Farmhouse – Clean lines and neutral whites join with pearl marbling, polished oak details, and stark black matte finishes to create an elevated breath of countryside-fresh air.

Zen Modern – Placid neutrals, layered natural textures, and subtle gold details complement the muted black finishes and create calming yet dimensional style and sophistication.

You’ll instantly be able to see and compare design options in an immersive 360˚ fashion—from countertops and cabinets to paint colors and flooring choices. You can survey from all different angles…in the middle of the kitchen, out in the living room, or even take a side trip over to the bathrooms.
