What is a priority list?
A priority list is used to establish the order of buyers, appointments to select a homesite and purchase a home at select communities.
The priority list only affords you an opportunity to purchase a home, it does not guarantee you any right to do so.
How is the priority list order determined?
Your place on the priority list is based on multiple factors, including the date and time of your submission of a completed online pre-qualification application and whether you are a contingent or non-contingent customer.
To be eligible to purchase a home, you need to receive a positive pre-qualification assessment letter from TRI Pointe Connect, before the date that the home or homesite is made available for sale.
