Picture stepping onto your covered front porch in the Beckett, no stairs to climb, just an easy walk straight in from the world outside. Inside, you'll find yourself settling into single-level living from day one: your primary suite tucked at the back of the home for privacy, a secondary bedroom and its own full bathroom nearby for guests who'll never feel like they're intruding, and a private office where you can finally close the door on distractions. You'll move through your centralized kitchen without a wasted step, your large walk-in pantry keeping everything within reach, and the great room just beyond will pull you toward your outdoor living courtyard, especially if you've added the 12' sliding door that turns the two spaces into one. On quiet evenings, you might slide open a second door straight from your primary suite and step outside without ever passing through the rest of the house. If you've personalized your Beckett with a fireplace in the great room, you'll have a reason to linger there long after dinner, and a gourmet kitchen with an extended island will make hosting feel effortless rather than like work. In your primary bath, a rain head shower and vaulted ceilings will turn getting ready in the morning into something closer to a retreat. And if family needs a place of their own under your roof, the GenSmart suite option will be there, giving everyone room to be close without being on top of each other. With up to 2,325 square feet and a two-bay rear-load garage, the Beckett will hold everything you need, all on one level. Step outside your door and Addison Hill's slower rhythm will carry you the rest of the way, a morning game of pickleball, a long afternoon by the resort-style pool, and Lake Wylie just a short drive away, with The Palisades Country Club and McDowell Nature Preserve minutes from home.
