You must apply all builder incentives received (including all affiliate and non-affiliate incentives) towards discount points to buy down your interest rate. The combined incentive is limited to 3% of the total/final purchase price of your home even if such amount does not ultimately result in an interest rate reduction of 1% below the Adjusted Base Rate.
